Return & Exchange policy

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
 
The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.
The product received does not match the size ordered.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN:

Email us at support@fadano.com with the return reason and your order details.
Once our customer support team approves your return, you will be instructed to send the parcel to:
4th Floor, New Jama Shopping Centre, Burns Road, Karachi.
Courier charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt.
During peak periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
