Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

- Within Karachi: Delivery within 24 hours
- Outside Karachi: Delivery within 3–6 working days

● Upon delivery, customers are entitled to inspect their order before completing payment. If the size does not meet your requirements, you may return the parcel to the rider immediately and no payment will be charged.

● Inspect your shoes before making any payment.

We want you to love your Fadano purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return and Exchange Time: You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for the complete processing of returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

- If your preferred exchange item (style, size, or color) is unavailable, you may select an alternative product.
- Only one exchange per item is allowed. Any further exchanges must be processed as a return.

Refund Options:

If your return is approved, your refund will be transferred directly to your bank account. Please allow up to 14 working days excluding weekends for the amount to reflect.

Return Conditions:

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Requests may not be approved if the shoes:

  ● have been worn or used
  ● are damaged, stained, or scratched
  ● have been exposed to water, fire, heat, or chemicals
  ● show signs of sole wear or creasing
  ● are returned without original box or packaging
  ● have been tampered with or altered in any way

Any item that does not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.
