Return and Exchange Time: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

- If your preferred exchange item (style, size, or color) is unavailable, you may select an alternative product.
- Only one exchange per item is allowed. Any further exchanges must be processed as a return.

Refund Options:

If eligible, your exchange will be processed immediately. You may choose to receive your refund in one of the following ways:

Store Credit: The refund amount will be credited to your Fadano account and can be used for future purchases.
Cashback: The refund will be transferred directly to your account. Please allow 10 working days (excluding weekends) for the amount to reflect.
