How to place an order?

Visit our website fadano.com and select your size from the size filter. Click on the shoe you want to buy and Add it to the cart. Click on the go to next step and then fill out the information and click on the confirm button.

What are your Payment Options?

We offer the option of COD "Cash on Delivery", Bank Transfer and Cards payment (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit)

Facing size issues? Don't like the product? Wrong or defective product delivered? 

Don't worry! Fadano offers a 14-day hassle-free return policy. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be unworn, unused, and with a product tag attached.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 3 to 4 working days from the date of order. However, the delivery can take more than 7 working days during the busy holiday season or our sales events.

What is your shipping policy?

Fadano offers free delivery on all orders. Delivery time is between 3 to 4 working days (No delivery on Sunday).

However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
