HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Visit our website fadano.com and select your size from the size filter. Click on the shoe you want to buy and Add it to the cart. Click on the go to next step and then fill out the information and click on the confirm button.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We offer the option of COD "Cash on Delivery", Bank Transfer and Cards payment (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit).

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Fadano offers free delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once you place your order, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sunday).

HOW DO I EDIT MY ORDER?

We are unable to make changes to your order once it is submitted. Please reach out to us at Support@fadano.com as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

WHAT MAKES YOUR SHOES SPECIAL?

Our shoes are crafted for ultimate comfort and durability. With a plush inner lining and foam cushioning they provide a luxuriously soft feel. The mid-density EVA soles ensure long-lasting wear, while our SoleFlex ® PU foam insoles with bounce technology and shock absorption offer a cushioned step. Designed with arch support and heel cup technology, our shoes also help prevent fatigue and deliver consistent support throughout the day. Plus, the micro-wicking neoprene layer keeps your feet fresh by managing moisture effectively.

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?

We use 100% genuine cow leather, carefully treated with special techniques to enhance durability and create a premium finish. Each piece is meticulously crafted to ensure both exceptional quality and lasting performance. Slight variations in color and finish are natural and reflect the handcrafted nature of our products.

ARE YOUR SHOES WATERPROOF?

While our leather is treated for enhanced durability, real leather is still porous and is not fully waterproof. Our shoes can handle light exposure to moisture but are not designed for complete submersion. We recommend keeping them dry to maintain their quality and longevity.

WHERE ARE YOUR SHOES MADE?

Our goods are made in Pakistan.

WHERE CAN I TRY ON YOUR SHOES?

We currently do not have a physical outlet. However, you can return purchased items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

IF I DIDN'T PURCHASE DURING A SALE, CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?

We are unable to retroactively apply any discounts or other offers for orders placed outside of our promotional window. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

To return an item, please email us at support@fadano.com with the return reason and order details. Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, 4th Floor, New Jama Shopping Centre, Burns Road, Karachi. You will have to pay the courier charges which will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error (wrong or defective product sent).

Facing size issues? Don't like the product? Don't worry! Fadano offers a 7-day hassle-free exchange policy. To qualify for an exchange, all items must be unworn, unused and with a product tag attached.
