To maintain the quality and longevity of your shoes, we recommend keeping them dry and avoiding prolonged exposure to water.

We currently do not have a physical outlet. However, you can return purchased items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To return an item, please email us at support@fadano.com with the return reason and order details. Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to, 4th Floor, New Jama Shopping Centre, Burns Road, Karachi. You will have to pay the courier charges which will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error (wrong or defective product sent).

We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy. If the size doesn’t fit or the item is defective, you can return or exchange it within 7 days, provided the items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the product tag attached.

- Only one exchange is allowed per item. Additional exchanges must be returned.
